1.What is JHO’s policy on refund?

All JIHO programs have a free trial version which offers free scan and preview. Yet, the free trial version will have a functional limitation of no recovery or export. This should help users to determine whether the software works as expected and satisfies purchase demand.

With products featuring up to a 30 day money back guarantee, Jihosoft generally does not refund or exchange products in the following situations:
1)JIHO does not refund software if customers didn’t read the product description and try the software before purchasing and then get dissatisfied with product’s functions or capabilities. It’s highly recommended that customers read the product description and try the free trial version before placing an order.
2)Failure to receive registration code within two hours after successfully placing an order, yet didn't try online support or contact staff assistance.
3)Change of mind after purchase.
4)A refund request due to technical trouble, yet refuse to cooperate with the JIHO support team by providing details for troubleshooting or refuse to try applying the solutions provided by the JIHO support team.

When can I get my money back after the refund request is approved?
The money will arrive to you within 7-10 business days once your refund request is approved. Sometimes it might take longer due to holidays, but it won’t exceed 20 days. If you haven’t got the refund 20 days later, please contact us to check the refund.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Once a order is placed successfully, you cannot cancel it due to automatic order process system. Yet, you can contact us if you insist on a refund for some reasons.
