4.What’s the difference between the trial version and full version?
The trial version and the full version use the same installation.
But the trial version of our program can just allow users to scan the device and preview the lost data. If you want to recover the previewed data you'll need to pay for it to get registration info to register it.
After you enter the license code in the registration panel, then the trial version will upgrade to a full version and you will get the right to recover the previewed data to your computer.
The free trial has a registration process so you can proceed quickly from the trial to the registration.
5.What to do if I don’t receive the registration code?
Please send your order ID or the receipt to us and we will find your registration code for you.
6.What if I fail to register?
There are several reasons will result in the registration failure.
1) Please make sure that you have installed the latest version of iReparo for iPhone.
2) Please check whether there are typing errors or not, especially the capital and small letter of registration code.
3) Please keep your computer connected to network.
4) Please wait a minute after click “register”. If you click it too quick and too many times, our program needs time to response, sometime it prompts that your registration code is incorrect, in fact, you have registered it successful.
5) Please note that one registration code can be only registered twice. It will prompt that the registration code is incorrect, if you still enter the license code into the registration panel after you have registered our program two times. You can send us the purchasing E-mail address or order ID, and we will reset the registration code for you.
If you still fail to register our program, please send us the screenshot of the window when you enter the registration code into the panel but not click the "Register" button.
7.Can I use this program on more than one computers with one registration code?
We provide two offers:
Single-user Personal License: it is a personal license and can be used on 1 computer only.
Family Edition: this license can be installed on up to 5 computers.
8.Why iReparo for iPhone cannot detect my iOS devices.
Please accept “Trust this computer” on your device when you connect it to computer, and check whether you have installed the latest version of iTunes on your computer. If not, you can download it by this link: http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
Then restart iReparo for iPhone.
9.What should I do if the screen of my device is broken and I cannot touch “Trust”?
If your screen is partially broken, you can ask Siri to activate VoiceOver and slide left/right to select the button “Trust”. But if the entire screen breaks, you need to fix it first.
10.Why do I need the latest version of iTunes?
In order to keep your device compatible with this program, we recommend you to install the latest version of iTunes.
11.What to do if the iTunes backup password is not correct?

Or you can turn off iTunes backup encryption first, just uncheck the Encrypted backup box in iTunes and enter the password.

12.Can I recover deleted data without iTunes/iCloud backup?
You can recover lost data which is not baked up before it is overwritten and damaged by new data, so you should stop using your device to avoid the creation of new data immediately after you lose data.
13.Why do the recovered messages appear in an incorrect time line?
The newly received messages could overwrite the time frame; therefore, the recovered messages could appear in an incorrect time line.
14.Why can’t I find deleted photos and messages except for existing data?
It’s probably that the lost data has been overwritten by new data written in your iOS device, so you are suggested to stop using your device once you realize that you have lost data. But you can still recover it if you have backed it up before.
15.I find my deleted files when preview, but why do they disappear after I finish payment?
Please keep your device connected with computer during recovery and make sure the paid version is the same as the trial version you have used. Then try it again.
16.Can iReparo for iPhone recover photos and messages from Snapchat?
We regret that iReparo for iPhone cannot recover photos and messages from Snapchat.
17.Can it recover data from a locked iPhone?
Please run iReparo for iPhone on the computer which you usually connect your locked iPhone to, that is, the one you have trusted before. Then plug your iPhone to the computer and scan it. Besides, if you backed up the locked iPhone before, you can also extract data by “View iTunes/iCloud Backup” directly.
18.Can I import recovered files to iOS devices directly?
The main function of iReparo for iPhone is to recover lost data to your computer, and right now it doesn't support importing recovered files to iOS devices directly. But if you want to transfer files to your iOS device again, we recommend Jihosoft Phone Transfer, which can transfer the recovered files from computer to your device.
19.What to do if I fail to recover my deleted files?
We always hope to help our customers to solve the problem they met rather than only refund the purchase. Could you please send us the detailed info?

21.How to fix it if the program crash?

For better to locate your issue, please send us the dump file (not necessary for Mac version) following these instructions:
When the program crashes, please don't turn off the program, follow the steps: right click Tool bars on your PC => Task Manager => Processes => iReparo for iPhone => right click it => create dump file => wait the process => the file has been created successful => send it to us via dropbox.
22.Can I change it if I buy the wrong product by mistake?
Please tell our customer service the program you want to buy. If the price spread is in a reasonable range, we will change it for you.
23.Will it charge for upgrade?
It is free to upgrade to a new version. However, if you want to upgrade a personal edition to family edition, you need to make up the price spread.
24.How long it will take to receive refund?
Once your refund request is approved, normally it will take 5 - 7 business days for the credit to be applied to your account. Sometimes during holidays it may take longer, but it is not expected to take over 20 days. Due to billing cycles, the refund may not appear on the same credit card statement as the original charge. If you are unable to locate the applied credit, please contact the issuing bank for further information regarding when it will be applied.
