1.What does D-Extract do?
D-Extract allows you to freely extract and recover iPhone data like photos, videos, messages, contacts, call history, notes, WhatsApp, Viber, reminders, calendar, Safari bookmarks and more from iTunes backup files.

3.What's the Difference between the free version and Pro version of D-Extractor?
If your iTunes backup file is encrypted, you can only scan and preview its data with a free version. To extract and save the data, you need to upgrade to the Pro version.
4.What to do if I don’t receive the registration code?
Please send your order ID or the receipt to us and we will find your registration code for you.
5.What if I fail to register?
There are several reasons will result in the registration failure.
1) Please make sure that you have installed the latest version of D-Extract.
2) Please check whether there are typing errors or not, especially the capital and small letter of registration code.
3) Please keep your computer connected to network.
4) Please wait a minute after click “register”. If you click too quick and too many times, our program needs time to response. Sometimes it prompts that your registration code is incorrect. In fact, you have registered it successful.
5) Please note that one registration code can be only registered twice. It will prompt that the registration code is incorrect, if you still enter the license code into the registration panel after you have registered our program two times. You can send us the purchasing E-mail address or order ID, and we will reset the registration code for you.
If you still fail to register our program, please send us the screenshot of the window when you enter the registration code into the panel but not click the "Register" button.
6.What to do if the iTunes backup password is not correct?

Or you can turn off iTunes backup encryption first, just uncheck the Encrypted backup box in iTunes and enter the password.

7.What if my iTunes Backup cannot be detected?
Generally speaking, this condition wouldn’t occur. But once you meet, please make sure the backup was finished and created successfully and upgrade your iTunes to the latest version. If you can find the backup file on your computer while our program cannot detect it, please send us the model and iOS version of your iPhone which you backed up data from, together with the time you backed up.
8.Can I extract deleted data with D-Extract?
If you have backed up the data before it is deleted, you can extract and recover it from iTunes backup file. Remember not to sync your device with iTunes after lose data, or the iTunes backup file will be updated and your data will become unrecoverable.
If you don’t have an iTunes backup file, we suggest you to try iReparo for iPhone, which can recover deleted data from iPhone without backup.
9.Can I extract and import iTunes backup files to my device?
The main function of D-Extract is to extract data from iTunes backup files to computer, and right now it doesn't support importing recovered files to iOS devices directly. But if you want to transfer files to your iOS device again, we recommend Jihosoft Phone Transfer, which can transfer the recovered files from computer to your device.
10.Why do the recovered messages appear in an incorrect time line?
The newly received messages could overwrite the time frame; therefore, the recovered messages could appear in an incorrect time line.
11.What to do if I failed to extract data?
We always hope to solve the problem our customers meet rather than only refund the purchase.

12.What to do if the program freeze?
You can try to re-install the software/ restart your PC or run it on another computer if possible to have a try.

When the program is freezing => click the version number: x.x.x on the upper right of the program interface => tap the inverted triangle you will found the "save log file" option => save the log file on the desktop => send it as attachment to us

If you use a Mac version, please follow these instructions to send us log file:
When the program is freezing => click the version number: x.x.x on the upper right of the program interface => tap the “help” in the upper left corner of your mac ,you will find the "save log file" option => save the log file on the desktop => send it as attachment to us.
13.How to fix it if the program crash?
You can try to re-install the software/ restart your PC or run it on another computer if possible to have a try, or send us the detailed info so that we can help you solve the problem as soon as possible.

For better to locate your issue, please send us the dump file (not necessary for Mac version) following these instructions:
When the program crashes, please don't turn off the program, follow the steps: right click Tool bars on your PC => Task Manager => Processes => iReparo for iPhone => right click it => create dump file => wait the process => the file has been created successful => send it to us via dropbox.
14.What should I do if I buy the wrong product by mistake?
Please tell our customer service the program you want to buy. If the price spread is in a reasonable range, we will change it for you.
15.How long it will take to receive refund?
Once your refund request is approved, normally it will take 5 - 7 business days for the credit to be applied to your account. Sometimes during holidays it may take longer, but it is not expected to take over 20 days.

Due to billing cycles, the refund may not appear on the same credit card statement as the original charge. If you are unable to locate the applied credit, please contact the issuing bank for further information regarding when it will be applied.
